Welcome to Kanishka Travel. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

1. Booking & Payments

To confirm a booking, a minimum advance payment (as specified at the time of booking) is required.
The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of the tour or as per the agreed schedule.
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, or other authorized digital modes.

Note: For high-altitude treks and Char Dham Yatra, bookings are subject to weather conditions and government permits.

2. Health & Safety

Many of our tours involve trekking and traveling in high-altitude regions of Uttarakhand. It is the responsibility of the traveler to:

Ensure they are physically fit for the chosen activity.
Consult a doctor before traveling to high altitudes if they have pre-existing medical conditions.
Follow the instructions of our guides and tour leaders for their own safety.

3. Responsibilities of the Traveler

Travelers must carry valid Photo ID proofs (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, etc.) throughout the journey.
Vandalism, littering, or disrespecting local Himalayan traditions and culture is strictly prohibited.
Kanishka Travel is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during the trip.

4. Changes in Itinerary

Kanishka Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances like landslides, heavy snowfall, strikes, or government restrictions. Any additional costs incurred due to such delays will be borne by the client.

5. Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers to obtain personal travel and medical insurance. Kanishka Travel does not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, or theft.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions or the services provided by Kanishka Travel shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
