Cancellation Policy

At Kanishka Travel, we understand that plans can change. Below is our clear cancellation and refund structure to ensure a smooth process for our travelers.

Cancellation Charges

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply based on the date of cancellation request:

Time of Cancellation Cancellation Fee
30 Days or more before departure 15% of the Total Tour Cost
15 to 29 Days before departure 30% of the Total Tour Cost
07 to 14 Days before departure 50% of the Total Tour Cost
Less than 07 Days before departure 100% (No Refund)
Natural Calamities & Government Orders

If a trip is cancelled due to landslides, heavy snowfall, floods, or government-imposed restrictions (which are common in Himalayan regions), Kanishka Travel will offer a "Credit Note" for the same amount, which can be used for any future trip within 1 year. Direct refunds in such cases are subject to hotel/transport provider policies.

Refund Process

Postponement Policy

If you wish to postpone your trip instead of cancelling, please inform us at least 15 days in advance. Postponement is subject to availability and might incur a "Rescheduling Fee" depending on the season and hotel availability.

Aise cases mein direct refund ke bajay credit note ya provider-based settlement policy apply ho sakti hai.

5. Refund request kaise bheji jaati hai?

Refund request official email ke through submit ki jaati hai.

6. Refund process hone mein kitna time lag sakta hai?

Approved refunds usually 7-10 working days ke andar process kiye ja sakte hain.

7. Kya bank charges refund se deduct ho sakte hain?

Haan, applicable bank ya transaction charges traveler ke responsibility ho sakte hain.

Haan, availability aur timing ke hisaab se postponement ya rescheduling consider kiya ja sakta hai.
