Day-Wise Itinerary

Day 1: Rishikesh to Govindghat / Joshimath (270 km / 9 hrs)

Pick up from Rishikesh in the morning. Travel through the beautiful Garhwal highway cutting across Devprayag, Rudraprayag, and Karnaprayag confluences. Arrive at Govindghat or Joshimath by evening. Check-in to your hotel, briefing about the trek by our local guide, and overnight stay.

Day 2: Govindghat to Ghangaria Base Camp (4 km Drive + 10 km Trek)

After breakfast, take a short drive to Pulna village (4 km). From here, begin your 10 km scenic mountain trek to Ghangaria, which serves as our alpine base camp. The route passes alongside waterfalls and lush green valleys. Porter, mule, and helicopter services are available if needed. Check-in at your Ghangaria hotel for dinner.

Day 3: Ghangaria to Valley of Flowers & Back (4 km Trek one way)

Start early after breakfast. Enter the official Valley of Flowers National Park gates. Walk past pristine streams and wooden bridges as the valley opens up to thousands of colorful wild flowers. Explore Pushpawati river bank and the grave of botanist Joan Margaret Legge. Trek back to Ghangaria by afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Day Trek to Holy Sri Hemkund Sahib & Return to Govindghat

Trek up 6 km along a steep stone-paved trail to Sri Hemkund Sahib Gurudwara. Take in the spiritual aura and witness the rare Brahmakamal flowers growing around the lake. Have hot tea and Langar food. Trek back to Ghangaria, pack up and descend down to Govindghat for a well-deserved comfortable hotel stay.

Day 5: Govindghat to Rishikesh Drop

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Board your private vehicle and drive back down toward Rishikesh. Bask in the beautiful mountain scenery one last time. Arrive in Rishikesh by evening where our driver will drop you at the station/airport for your onward journey.
